I chose the Thermaltake Tsunami because it's large for an ATX case, and it's got a pretty good airflow rating. Here I've loaded the Thermaltake 550w PSU as the first step in the build. The PSU is just too cool. High gloss black, all cables are sleeved, and it's just got a wicked cool look about it.
This is the Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe. This board was perfect for the chosen CPU because of the AM2 socket, the SLI support which I had already decided on, and it supports my choice of RAID. Check out that uber-cool chipset cooling system. Looks like a hash pipe I saw when I was stationed in Turkey in 1979.
Here, the M2N-SLI Deluxe has been added to the case, and the fans and power have been hooked up. You can see that there is still plenty of room, and I still have to add the memory, drives and cards.
It looked so nice before adding the cables! I went with blue UV cables for the SATA 3.0g/s drives (RAID0), a Samsung dual layer dvd burner w/Lightscribe, and your standard floppy (bios revision, etc...) I chose the green IDE and floppy cables to match the green LED's that will be on the CPU fan (Zalman CNPS 9500) Now all I have to do is figure out how/where to put the UV light. The top isn't an option because of the PSU, and I don't think I have 15" on the bottom, so I may be out of luck.
