wrecker No prob.....enjoy it. Its kinda like an art....I am up and running just doing the finishing touches and trying to figure out VISTA 64!!!!! Watch for drip runs when you shoot it, it will ruin the finish..... Any problems LMK... Will update page soon....
YerBuddy Very nice work! Clean and crisp. I'm getting ready to do something similar to mine...I've already got my 780i up and running for about two months. Your work gave me the inspiration to paint; thanks!
wrecker It is actually automotive paint... What kind of case do you have (material)? If its aluminum, you will have to prime to get the paint to stick... After that go to an auto body supply, pick a color from the book (black is cheap, red is ridiculously expensive) and shoot it...Two coats cover well!!!
rubber5 i forgot to ask what type of paint did you use i like it so much i want to do the same with my rig but in black thanks pal
rubber5 nice rig pal love the way you panted your case with red i with i thught of that for my rig :)

MAY 2008 -
Overhaul #4 Completed.........

Page 1: Latest Overhaul.

Page 2: Building and previous Overhauls.

Water System Re-done Again...
This time I decided that 8800 Ultra should get water blocked..  Added a DD 8800 gtx block and a
120.1 Black Ice Pro to the existing loop to counter effect the added heat source..  I also switched to 1/2 inch ID  Tygon tubing and Fluid XP's Phantom Black coolant.  I have seen a slight rise in CPU temps but still well within the limits...
CPU Load temps (Prime95 four instances) 59c, 61c, 57c, 60c with 22c ambient. With Rad. fans around 55% RPM....

New Parts ready to be installed...  A special thanks to Petra Tech Shop and Danger Den for great service and parts as usual......

Changed fan controller to a Zalman unit, and added 2 Zalman variable speed case fans.

Loop all together !!  The GPU temps went from (idle/load) 57up/88ish on air to 47/61 on water..
